My goal was to reduce my body fat percentage and gain muscle- not easy when over 60 and with above of dining out! Initially , under Lynsay’s guidance , I kept a seven day diary. I was encouraged to increase my protein intake( lots of lentils and eggs), and advised how to avoid sugar highs. It was suggested that breakfast became a mini lunch. Regular consultations ( remote and in person) provided further encouragement and guidance.
100 days later I had reduced my body fat by 4% to 16% and gained a kilo in muscle
