I’m Lynsay, a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, MBANT, CNHC) and Personal Trainer (CIMSPA Level 3). I have also completed Dr. Stacy Sims’ Menopause 2.0 course, a science-backed program focused on optimising training, nutrition, and recovery strategies for women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

I’m passionate about helping women 40 and beyond feel amazing in their bodies. As a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer I understand the unique challenges women face as hormones shift, metabolism changes and priorities evolve.

I combine science-backed nutrition with functional fitness to create sustainable, realistic plans—because your lifestyle, schedule, and body deserve a program that works for you, not against you.
